Born in the vibrant city of Hoboken, NJ, Steve is the proud son of two immigrant parents from Reims, France, also known as the Champagne Region. His upbringing in both New York City and New Jersey provided him with a unique perspective on life, culture, and diversity. Steve speaks fluent French which is a testament to his pride in his heritage and commitment to cross-cultural communication which he likes to call international bridging.
His father, Serge, is a well-known gourmet Chef who has worked in New York City for some of the most prestigious places, such as EF Hutton, Le Pactol, Veniero's Italian Bakery, Tavern on the Green, Windows of the World, and was even honored to cook for General Schwarzkopf on the U.S.S. Intrepid after Desert Storm. Steve's mother, Raymonde, was a traditional housewife and an amazing mom.
As a child, Steve was fortunate to grow up in the Cultural Services which is part of the French Embassy located in Manhattan. Surrounded by diplomats, consulates, and dignitaries from all over the world, Steve was exposed to diverse cultures and experiences at a young age. This exposure inspired his passion for travel and real estate and has had the privilege of working with many customers and making friends from all corners of the globe.
Steve's impressive credentials include being a former board member on both the Orlando and Florida associations, a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Dubai International Property Consultant (DIPC), Florida Realtors Leadership Academy Graduate and Transnational Referral Certification (TRC) a designation held by only 1% of realtors worldwide.
He previously served as the 2013 Chairman of the Global Real Estate Council of Orlando and was appointed to the Global Networking Forum Steering Committee by the 2014 Florida Realtors President.
